Choose a verified listing
Use your phone’s official app store or a link from the publisher’s website. Confirm the app name and developer before installing. An unfamiliar page using a familiar logo is not enough to establish who published an app.
Android
Open the Google Play listing, review device compatibility and storage requirements, then use the store’s installation control. If the listing is unavailable for your account or device, check the publisher’s information rather than downloading a substitute file from an unknown source.
iPhone
Open the App Store listing for your region, check compatibility and install through the store. Android APK files cannot be installed as iPhone apps.
